You’re probably wondering…

  • I practice from a weight neutral, non-diet approach. This means our goals are focused on building health promoting habits rather than a number on the scale. It also means that we don’t label foods as “good” or “bad.” I align with both Health At Every Size® (HAES) and Intuitive Eating principles.

  • Our initial session will be a chance for me to get to know you and your history so we can discuss plans for your care. Follow-up sessions will often start with us chatting about how things have gone since our last session, troubleshooting what didn’t go as you hoped, and setting goals for the weeks to come.

  • This depends! Initially, I prefer to meet weekly to get things rolling, however, depending on your individual needs, we may shift to every other week, monthly, etc.

  • We will typically work with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, and these other team members may include a therapist, physician, psychiatrist, etc. I also encourage family and support person involvement.

  • Initial Assessment: $180, 75 minutes

    Follow Up Sessions: $130, 50 minutes

  • Unfortunately, I do not accept insurance at this time. I will provide you with a superbill for each session that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement based on your individual coverage. Please contact me to inquire about reduced fee sessions based on financial need and availability.
